3 Ways to Host an Effective Small Group
God intended for us to be in community with one another. Small groups are one vital way we can do that. However, we want to make sure that our small group is not just a hangout. It needs to be both powerful and practical. What makes a small group effective?
Effective small groups are:
- Intentional
- Led by a trained leader
- Committed to one another
- Encouraging
- Open and confidential in communications
- Serving regularly together
- Easy to invite others to join
What you do through and with your small group is more important than the logistics. Make sure you’re doing all of the above.
